Relieve for flooding hit IDP’s. Over 200,000 people have been affected by flooding, of whom 70,000 have been displaced and 16 killed. 19 districts across Somalia have been severely affected. Regions particularly affected include all villages along the Jubba River, and those along the Shabeelle River from Beledwayne and Jowhar and down the river southwards.
