PHASE I

GEDO PEACE AND RECONCILIATION CONFERENCE. On the 30th of May, 2023, Garbaharey will host the GEDO PEACE AND RECONCILIATION CONFERENCE, bringing together 300 delegates from various backgrounds to engage in meaningful discussions aimed at fostering lasting peace and understanding within the Gedo region of Somalia. This conference will serve as a crucial platform for dialogue, enabling participants to share their perspectives and work collaboratively towards resolving conflicts and building a more harmonious community.

PHASE II

Following the first phase, the JUBALAND PEACE RECONCILIATION CONFERENCE is set to take place on the 1st of June, 2023, in Garbaharey. This important event will see an increased participation of 500 delegates, further amplifying the voices of those committed to peace. The goal of this conference is to unite diverse stakeholders in an effort to discuss strategies for reconciliation and development within the Jubaland region, ultimately contributing to the broader stability and prosperity of Somalia as a whole.
